| This figure is VERY well made and the articulation is far better than many 12 inch figures. The clothes are of very high quality. I am extremely please with this figure. The ONLY negative comment I have is that they used BLACK plastic for the hips rather than matching the rest of the figure. This is a small matter unless you wish to change her into a bikini. But still, this part should match the rest. Again, she is a FINE addition to my Doctor WHO world. |

Our grandson wanted a Martha Jones Action figure, but was embarrased to have one "so big". I contacted the Amazon Store where we made the purchase,and they said there wouldn't be any problem exchanging. I look forward to our grandson having the "correct size" action figure. Our grandson wanted this action figure for collection, not playing.

I like to make my own figures and sometimes collect a few along the way. This toy is great for its points of articulation and well made detail. It is realistically proportioned and makes a great display, although be warned if you have other figures on display, this one could make those look inferior. I'd compare it to the Sideshow figures. Looks like Martha Jones too thus making it great for Doctor Who fans. As an artist and very critical when it comes to action figures, clothing detail, their likeness to characters, the 12 inch Martha Jones is surprisingly well made.
Her well proportioned figure is great to use as a model for sketching if one wanted to draw Doctor Who characters. (As a hobby, I enjoy drawing graphic novel-like stories and make my own figures to use as models.)
One last tip: The hair is molded making it durable for any youngster to play with. She has no stand but she manages to stand well on her own. It's a good purchase. |
